Meet the founder & co-founder

Dede Permana
FOUNDER

Dede Permana completed his education in English and Linguistics and has years of experience in event management. He started his career in banking, where he joined the event team for an awards event in 2014. Later, he transitioned to the hospitality industry and worked his way up to become the Sales Manager for Weddings and Events in 2017. Dede gained significant achievements during his time in the wedding and events industry and held the position of Account Director at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali. Following his passion, he decided to establish his own business, focusing on creating unforgettable weddings and events for clients from around the world.

Bhaskara Basudewa
CO-FOUNDER

Bhaskara Basudewa is passionate about numbers and operational details. He graduated in Accounting and started his career in the hotel industry, working in the purchasing department, where he learned about vendors and suppliers. In addition to his accounting skills, Bhaskara explored his interest in coffee and opened his own coffee shop. He began his journey in event management in 2016, working at various events in Indonesia. With his operational expertise, Bhaskara joined D'Organizer and now focuses on ensuring every event runs smoothly.
