We engaged D’Organizer to plan and run our wedding party, and honestly, we really pushed them to the limits. We didn’t want a boring, typical wedding, we told them it needs to feel like a “corporate event” (who even does that?! 😂). Somehow, they didn’t fire us as clients and instead gave their 200% to make it happen.
The venue wasn’t your usual wedding spot, and oops, we kept adding more and more guests. At one point, I think the team just accepted their fate and started thinking out of the box to squeeze everyone in and to run this event. And surprise – it actually worked out perfectly!
We also didn’t want any of our friends and family getting involved with the planning because we wanted them to relax, eat, drink, and enjoy themselves like they were on a very good holiday. So instead, the D’Organizer team basically became our “brothers” and “sisters” though I think they probably questioned their life choices a few times. 😂
Bhaskara, Dede, Alit, and Devita, massive shoutout to you guys for being so patient, on-the-ball, and ready to fix any mess we almost created. Their vendor recommendations were chef’s kiss too. The Emcee, Maria, and the Jazz Band, Iraga, made the night super lively.
And yes, we did also cancel our first venue after confirming it (LOL). The first vendor wasn’t cooperative, but D’Organizer stepped in, sorted out the cancellation terms, and saved us a lot of unnecessary stress. Seriously, they handled that so well I felt like we were in good hands the entire time.
If you’re looking for an organiser who can execute and get the job done, D’Organizer is the one. They aren’t just planners; they’re problem-solvers and fixers, which is exactly what we needed.
No event is perfect, but this came close, all thanks to their dedication, flexibility, and effort. Thank you for making it such a memorable and stress-free day for us. You guys are legends! 💯

It was great working with this Organizer, they go out of their way to accommodate all of your wishes and go beyond what can be expected. They are always reachable and you can plan a meeting with them very fast. They are highly adaptable and they are willing to help think about things that are even unrelated to the wedding. Their friendly way of communication makes them very approachable. They gave us the perfect wedding and we will always be thankful 🙏

Words is not enough to describe how grateful I am to meet you guys.
Thank you for helping me and Nico to arrange our wedding and remind us in the last couple month to choose some of vendor that not yet be chosen.
You guys very patient in handled us that maybe seem didn't care about the wedding and newly handled the wedding in last couple month.
The party works well even if we meet a problem but it was Done perfectly.
We enjoy the party so much and still not move on. It feels like the party was held yesterday.

Working with D’Organizer made the wedding day a breeze.
We did not once have to worry, even though on our day we had all four seasons go wrong and many curve balls thrown our way.
D’O team handled matters so seamlessly that allowed for us to enjoy our day, even though the schedule was thrown out the window multiple times that day due to unforeseen circumstances and weather.
We would not have had the wedding we had without D’O team and their quick thinking and problem solving together with Dede negotiating skills.

D’Organizer were BEYOND EXPECTATION.
The choices of catering, entertainment, fireworks, decoration, live band, photographer/videographer everything recommended by Dede-san and the team were excellent. They were also very reasonable with offering the prices and even helped us to keep our budget while keeping the quality very high.
The whole team (Bhaskara-san, Alit-san, Satria-san, Ratna-san, Devita-san, Windi-san and the others) were very reassuring and professional. They always made sure to keep good communication and very quick at responding.
We didn’t hear a single complaint coming from our beloved 200 guests flying from Indonesia, Japan, Oman, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Canada, USA, Greece, and Thailand.
We received comments such as:

Where do I start? We were lucky to meet Dede in December 2023 while searching for a wedding venue and clueless about how to start. He was reassuring, confident, kind and very patient with us. I had a strong feeling that everything was in good hands with such an experienced person.
He then linked us up with Bhaskara and team (satria, alit, windy, devita and the rest) and it was a POWER team. The planning process was so systematic and organized. Every single request I wanted was patiently explored by the team- be it the wedding fans, wedding favours, banana chips. They were generous and helpful with helping me collect alcohol for safekeeping, source for wedding favours and arrange lawn games. They were VERY responsive during the months of planning on zoom and tirelessly and patiently helping us with our requests and questions to the tiniest detail. They created very detailed financial documents, actual day flow sheets that reflects their meticulous work.
We met up in February 2024 for wedding planning and they were so welcoming and a fun bunch! The wedding rehearsal a day before was also smooth, with them printing our MC scripts, vows, and all other necessary documents
We are so thankful - the actual day went by breezily with no hiccups. From the wedding ceremony to the dinner and the after party. The team was there to support us so we could fully immerse in the program as bride and groom and enjoy it completely. My bridesmaid and groomsmen could enjoy the day too, and had minimal jobscopes thanks to them.
To whoever is looking for a wedding planner, I will 200% recommend them for their excellent work. I’m very particular about things and I’ve nothing bad to say about them.
